Christine O'Donnell: New Tea Party Star

This is the new star of the Tea PArty. Everyone is raving about her. Personally I think she is an uglier version of Sarah Palin. Let me know what you think? She has the same red blazer, the same pearls, but her hair needs some work and she needs to lose some weight to catch up to her sexier counterpart. As long as you are trying to knock off the original, the goal is to look better and not worse. At least wear black, it's slimming fattie.
I am not as cute but I will soon have a retarded baby

  1. I guess as long as we continue to focus on appearances, we will never unite on the matters that are important. Considering the lovely comment you left at my blog, this post on my first visit here, really dismays me. Some things like "retarded" babies, are not something to be joked about.

  2. Well I guess the thing is, I wasn't focusing so much onto her appearance but she is a Sarah Palin clone. I didnt mean to rip on her appearance, but the Tea Party and Sarah Palin are disgusting to me, especially the way she uses her poor special needs child as a ploy in her political career to the top.

  3. Clearly, it is all a matter of perception, April. For me your comment was all about appearances and as a first time reader who does not know you at all, it seemed really blatant to me.

Disgusting is a pretty strong word to use when such a huge number of people across the country are standing up and not being quiet anymore. I am one of those people and I'm very happy to have a place where I can educate myself on the issues, both for my state (California) and the nation. I know and understand more about the constitution now than I ever did coming out of high school and that was far enough back to a time when they actually taught civics, social studies and the constitution in high school.

More than anything, I think it is important for people to speak up for what they truly believe in no matter what their opinion is. Just be informed about it and don't listen to the media and follow the herd. I want no part of extremism and there is plenty of it to go around on the left and the right. The Tea Party Patriot organization is totally non-partisan and this is the group I belong to and am active in. We are not associated with the Tea Party Federation (which has been bought and paid for by the Republicans.

And we most certainly are not aligned with the Tea Party Express because they are noted for their extreme views and they were kicked out of the Federation because of it. If my organization was as extreme, racist, and ignorant as the media paints us, I would not be a part of it.

I have been happy to have this dialogue with you and if you would like to continue it but continue it away from your comments, I would be happy to do so. My email is posted at my profile.

    Best regards and cordially,
    Annie

  4. Of course. Would love to have an active dialogue. My friends are people from all walks of life and all belief systems. When someone differs from me in thought, I always want to know where they are coming from.
